Terms and Conditions – JiliWow Online Gaming Philippines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and JiliWow ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By accessing the JiliWow website, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, esports wagering, and fishing games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the JiliWow platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an active account at JiliWow, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. JiliWow strictly prohibits access by minors and complies with all applicable Philippine age verification requirements.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a JiliWow employee or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether through JiliWow or any other gaming platform or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.

JiliWow reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

Each individual may register only one account at JiliWow. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, same device, same IP address, or using any workaround method — is a direct violation of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. JiliWow will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your password secure.

You must notify JiliWow immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our support team at support@jiliwow.net or via live chat. Do not share your username or password with anyone, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent JiliWow support.

• Account registration is free. JiliWow does not charge fees for creating an account.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your JiliWow account to any other person under any circumstances.
• Accounts registered with false information will be terminated without notice and associated funds forfeited.
• JiliWow reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

JiliWow accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All account balances, transactions, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in PHP. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

Accepted deposit methods include: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits are credited to your JiliWow wallet in real time for most methods, with some bank transfer methods taking up to one business hour.

• You may only deposit from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• JiliWow does not accept cash deposits or in-person payments under any circumstances.
• Deposit fees, if any, are determined by the respective payment provider and are outside JiliWow's control.
• Any suspicious deposit activity may be flagged for anti-money laundering review as required by Philippine law.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to a few hours depending on the receiving institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no withdrawal fee charged by JiliWow, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in the player's own name. JiliWow will not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before a first withdrawal is approved, JiliWow may require identity verification documents including a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the withdrawal method.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends and Philippine public holidays may experience longer processing times.
• If your account is under review for any reason — including bonus abuse investigation, suspected fraud, or AML screening — withdrawals may be placed on hold until the review is concluded.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. See Section 6 for full details before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-linked funds.

JiliWow offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and game-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

General bonus rules that apply platform-wide at JiliWow:

• Bonuses are valid for one-time use per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated timeframe. Expired uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus and any bonus-linked winnings being voided.
• JiliWow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonus balances at the time of cancellation will be honoured for up to 48 hours after the cancellation announcement.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements with minimal exposure, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses revoked and may have their accounts suspended.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meet the stated requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

All bets placed at JiliWow are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. For casino games, the rules are displayed within the game interface. For sports and esports betting, market-specific rules are available in the betting lobby.

• Bets are final once confirmed. JiliWow does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after placement, except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available and active for that bet.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure that causes incorrect odds to be displayed, JiliWow reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account.
• For sports and esports betting: if a match is abandoned or cancelled before completion, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• JiliWow reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per event, per player, or per game at any time. High-value winning bets may be subject to manual review before payout.
• The minimum bet per round or transaction is stated within each game or market. The current platform minimum for most games is ₱50.

JiliWow is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Filipino players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to play games, place bets, or perform any platform action on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through bug exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other players in multiplayer games, including but not limited to coordinated folding, chip dumping, or information sharing in card games.
• Match-fixing or insider information used in sports or esports betting.
• Money laundering or using the JiliWow platform for any financial transaction that violates Philippine law.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet after funds have been deposited and used for gambling. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account termination and the matter being referred to the relevant authorities.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward JiliWow staff, live dealers, or other players in any chat or communication channel.

JiliWow uses fraud detection systems that monitor for suspicious patterns across all accounts and transactions. Any account flagged by these systems may be suspended pending investigation, regardless of whether a formal complaint has been made.

JiliWow reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Discovery that the player is ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.

Upon account closure, JiliWow will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

JiliWow takes its duty of care to Filipino players seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a method to recover financial losses. We provide the following tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your JiliWow account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of active play to remind you to take breaks.
• Cool-Down Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without closing it permanently.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the JiliWow platform for a minimum of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period.

JiliWow collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the legally required period thereafter.

All content on the JiliWow platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, website design, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JiliWow and its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the JiliWow platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any JiliWow content without express written permission from JiliWow management.

Any unauthorized use of JiliWow's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal proceedings under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JiliWow and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gambling activities on the platform, including losses during game play, server downtime, or incorrect bet placements by the player.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the JiliWow platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity related to your use of the platform.
• Technical issues, interruptions, errors, or delays in service caused by factors outside JiliWow's direct control, including internet service provider outages, device failures, or force majeure events.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, JiliWow's total liability to any player in relation to any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

JiliWow reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or non-material amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of JiliWow after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the JiliWow platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between you and JiliWow.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction. By using JiliWow, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
